By using Degenerate Discord Bot ("the bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

By inviting or using the bot in your Discord server, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Bot

You may use the bot for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the bot to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the bot's functionality
• Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the bot's source code
• Use the bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service

Service Availability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the bot
• Error-free operation
• That the bot will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the bot.
